Same zip code shipments:

When there is more than one shipment going to the same zip code on the same pick-up. The first shall be charged at the regular rate and each additional shall be charged at 50% of the regular rate. This does not however, apply to shipments that both originate and are delivered to downtown zip code zones.

Shipments over 50 Pounds:

The base rate shall be the same for all shipments from 1 ounce to 50 pounds. After 50 pounds an additional charge of $.03 per pound will be added.

Weekend after/hours:

We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Saturday, Sunday and after 6pm service provided on an Immediate service basis only and will be charged at 150% of the normal rate for such services. Holidays service has an additional 50% Premium.

Same Day service:

This service must be ordered prior to 11AM on the day of the service. Work will be accomplished by 5 PM of that day. This service must be specifically requested by the customer at the time of order. If ordered after 11AM the package will be delivered by 12pm the following business day.

Guaranteed or Free

For your extra important, time-critical bids, proposals, legal documents, and other special packages, we'll put your delivery "at the front of the line". At your request, we'll devote a driver exclusively to your delivery and guarantee delivery on time, or its free. Add 50% to all rates for this special service, Subject to availability.

Late Delivery Discounts:

Every effort is made to deliver every package on time. When there are conditionswhere a delivery arrives more than 10 minutes after the due time, The charges for that service will be reduced to the level of service actually provided.

Additional Deliveries:

If a delivery cannot be accomplished because the destination is closed or the address is incorrect, the regular rates will apply for the attempted delivery. Each additional attempt to deliver shall be billed as a separate shipment from the attempted delivery location.

Canceled Orders:

If an order for service is canceled after the courier has arrived at the pickup point, a charge of 50% of the regular rate will be assessed.

C.O.D. Fees:

The fee will be $3 for collecting and remitting all C.O.D. amounts.
